Education of the leaders of tomorrow is about teaching students the skills of discovery, evaluation, synthesis, and contribution of knowledge needed to be successful. Students must learn to ask fundamental questions of new information and existing knowledge in order to advance their personal understanding to a higher level. In the collaborative world that defines the 21st century students must also learn to work together in dynamic teams to evaluate not only their own knowledge but the collective knowledge of the team to produce a higher quality learning product than would be possible as an individual. Education is empowering individuals to achieve higher knowledge through a safe and collaborative environment.
