I am a professional web designer/programmer. I am skilled in utilising all facets of web design including, extensive experience with Adobe CS3/4 suite. I have hand-coding skills in CSS, XHTML, XML, JavaScript and Action Script.
I have a good knowledge of all industry trends and applications. As part of my learning and development I have spoken at Motherwell College on subjects such as CSS, SEO, Industry standards, and the importance of usability online. This is set to be ran as a 10 week course.
I possess a strong knowledge of web design SEO, web analytics and have a professional background of 12 months commercial and over 6 years freelancing experience.

Primary functions include maintaining and upgrading web applications such as DCi, Tracker, Select interactive and Delta. The role also includes creation / fabrication of many government and procurement websites, some of the more notable clients include; (MoD) Ministry of Defence, London 2012 Olympics and Scottish Government. The job involves everything from design and research to the implementation and testing of web portals.
