I managed the IT/IS staff, policies, budgets, and projects for administrative units, academic departments, and research centers & programs within the College of Engineering.
My team supported a diverse server infrastructure of Windows, FreeBSD, Linux, and MacOS X systems that provided web, application, database (Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL), DNS, LDAP/Active Directory, and email services. We also developed web applications and provided business intelligence resources and reporting services.
My staff also provided help desk support to over 150 staff and faculty, and managed student computer labs for two departments.
