Jonathan has spent nearly 15 years on the leading edge of interactive marketing, guiding large companies in driving brand value and building collaborative and community-focused environments. With an emphasis on using data to improve the customer experience, he has helped diverse brands understand their audience and engage their customers in an online conversation that ultimately increases satisfaction, loyalty and conversion. At iPerceptions, Jonathan serves as the company evangelist and advocate for integrating the customer voice into Internet brand strategies. He led the development of the free 4Q website survey and guides iPerceptions’ enterprise client base in connecting more effectively with their customers to pinpoint what consumers want from the online experience and whether or not they can achieve these goals. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys not eating and not sleeping.
