My corporate mission is to enable companies (and educational institutions) to tap on the power of collaborative problem solving and online word-of-mouth marketing via Web 2.0 technologies (also known as free/open/social/read-write software on the Web).
I have worked as Assistant Director (Instructional Design) in Nanyang Technological University; Tutor (Engineering Communication) for an Australian degree program; Instructional Designer/Technologist in Ngee Ann Polytechnic; Web Editor in Hewlett Packard Education Services, Asia Pacific; Manager (Technical Communications) in Creative Technology Ltd; Journalist in Singapore Press Holdings; and Systems Analyst in the National Computer Board (now known as National Computer Systems). I have also served as President (Singapore chapter) for three years in the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
