I've been a developer for 10 years. I've also served in a Product Management role for 5 of those years. I've also been the lead developer for 4 of those years. And for one year, I've been the leader of the top developers at Ameren.

I've built several customer facing web application systems that have reduced contact center call volume while also adding customer service and satisfaction. I was so successful at this because I am a master listener and always get to the bottom of what people are trying to communicate. Yet, I am able to do this while also contributing my expertise in the subject matter and in building web based systems.

Of my 10 years developing software, I've worked on web technologies for 6+ years using Microsoft technologies and more recently Ruby on Rails. I also have years of experience using Javascript and AJAX.
