I have been a student of leadership for over 15 years, and devoted over a decade to applied work in leadership development, organizational learning, and team building. My work has shown me to be a thought leader and change agent, initiating and leading several change management projects.
As a professional economist for many years, I've conducted applied research into labour market issues and trends; carried out policy research in the areas of science, technology and innovation; and initiated projects focused on industrial competitiveness.
My Master’s leadership thesis was on shared leadership, and entitled "A Leap of Faith." This topic is becoming increasingly important for organizations operating in a turbulent global economy.
My passion for continuous learning and sharing with others extends to my belief that leadership resides at all levels of organizations and communities.
I recently released my new leadership book "Becoming a Holistic Leader: Strategies for Successful Leadership Using a Principle-Based Approach," which can be downloaded from my redesigned leadership website.
