Successfully engaged to architect a distributed call center using VOIP (Voice Over IP) and messaging technologies to link telephony and operational systems. Introduced and developed Enterprise Architecture process improvements and governance organizations with a variety of large clients.

Introduced first Storage Area Network to the organization to more effectively manage disk storage pools.
