My career spans the spectrum of software development, systems engineering, e-commerce operations, merger & acquisition due diligence and early-stage start-ups.
I am best known for my ability to create leading technical strategies and then motivate teams to implement them on-time and on-budget. My “hands-on” technical background has enabled me to attract talented people and lead them through creating systems that are innovative, revolutionary and powerful.
I have built four successful businesses from inception including Orbitz.com. I am one of the original system engineers at Orbitz and have participated in nearly every company milestone including two IPOs and two acquisitions.
I am an aviation enthusiast and hold single and multi-engine instrument airplane licenses. I also hold FAA Licenses that permit me to engineer, maintain and certify Airframe, PowerPlant and Avionics on nearly any flyable ship. I have been a pilot for over 20-years and have commanded many types of aircraft including experimental homebuilt airplanes, war birds and jets.

I currently manage the Global Customer Experience Solutions Group at Orbitz Worldwide, which is an online travel agency operating multiple brands including orbitz.com, CheapTickets.com, hotelclub.com, eBookers.xx and others. Orbitz Worldwide is one of the largest Online Travel Agencies in the world.
I am responsible for the technologies that support our customers including networks, telecom, vendors, website, IVR, CRM, CTI, ticketing, email and connected systems. I also manage the operations and engineering of our global contact centers in America, EMEA and APAC.
