After having served as CTO of Zend Technologies, I was looking for other opportunities to use my talents and experience. Randy Terbush, then CTO of Covalent Technologies and a good friend (from our long association with the Apache Software Foundation), asked if I would consider helping out Covalent as a Senior Engineering Consultant. From the start, I wanted jaguNET to be a small and personal ISP/Web Hosting company, with an unmatched technology core, and we have reached and maintained that goal. jaguNET serves also as a well-known and respected Consulting and Custom Development company, for efforts such as web applications and e-commerce solutions. By leveraging our expertise in Open Source development, we can bring that talent and skill to our clients.
