Author of several books and numerous papers on international business strategy and customer led e-marketing, he has held Visiting Professorships or delivered Senior Executive Programmes in the US, Singapore, Hong-Kong, China, Norway, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, France, Iceland and most recently in Russia.
Recognised as an EU Accredited Expert, Jim has recently completed a large TACIS funded project concerned with the transfer of e-skills to SMEs in North West Russia.
