Since I graduated from Nichols College in 1985, I have seen many interesting changes in the real estate profession that have been the genesis of the present current trends. From fax machines in every office to computers, the advent of buyer representation in the early 90's, to the social networking and web 2.0 influence of today, not only have I keep pace with the times but I have been at the forefront of new technology that works. I have also seen a lot of waste and nonsense. and to such I just prefer to cut through the crap and tell it like it is.
My ultimate goal is to make sure my clients get the absolute best in advice, service, and availability of information. I hope to give my clients the service needed and the information to save them time and have every tool needed to make the absolute best decisions. I rely on the counsel of many friends and associates who are well versed in a number of subjects. No one can know everything.
I look forward to being part of LinkedIn's system. This looks to me like TRUE unobtrusive business to business networking, web 2.0 style.
