I am married to Helen and have two children, Danielle and Kendall. I am a Tampa, Florida, native. The Jim Erb family belongs to the Hyde Park United Methodist Church. Jim enjoys racquetball, golf, singing and spending time with his family. My family believes strongly in the value of higher education. That is why we have established the Erb Family Scholarship for the Department of Risk Management and Insurance at Florida State University, my Alma Mater. Jim is a member of the Doak S. Campbell Society of the Presidents Club at the FSU_Foundation. Jim Erb has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Tampa since 1984. In the past, he has served as a board member on both the Kiwanis Club and Kiwanis Club Foundation. Jim Erb belongs to the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Avila Golf & Country Club. He also belongs to the Palma Ceia Country Club and the Centre Club, formerly serving as a board member for the latter association.
