Being part of a small new real estate company in this economy is exciting. We have shared values, shared goals and each are fiercely independent.
The real estate brokerage model as it was known two and three and thirty years ago is broken. Nest is our attempt to represent the new breed of Realtors - those who listen to and respond to consumers' demands.
- We don't do Dual Agency.
- We do either Exclusive Buyer Representation or Seller Representation.
- We use technology in ways that no others do.
