Aviation Towers is the first major development of its kind to open in the rapidly developing Westheimer/Beltway–8 Corridor providing market-rate rental housing together with mixed-use retail/office/ commercial components and 200 key international hotel facility within a Campus Environment.
Phase II will add a 14-story 201,000 SF Class-A office building over a 5-story parking structure to the Aviation Towers Campus. Phase III is a 18-story 324,000 SF market rate housing development over a 5-story parking structure.
