Security Consultant, Forensics at Trustwave

I stepped into IT by entering the world of web designing when i was 14 and since then, this field has been my passion. The late night thrills of drilling down the OS or networks makes it a very fascinating field. I got a bachelors degree in Networks Technology from DePaul University in June, 2005. I worked for Clark Consulting as a Network Engineer in my senior year at DePaul. In February, 2006, I joined AmbironTrustwave as a Security Engineer focusing on firewalls and intrusion detection solutions for clients. In July 2007, I joined the Forensics team of Trustwave (formerly AmbironTrustwave). I am also doing Masters at Northwestern University in their MSIT program, which gives IT professionals a cross-functional perspective of information technology and its place in business operations.

I started out as an IT Intern. Main responsibilites were managing Micro Call (Phone Reporting System), Desktop Support and was part of the Multimedia Crew (setting up projectors for weekly meetings).
I was promoted to the position of IT Intern Coordinator. Thanks to Bob Vasa for believing in me. I hired and managed the interns for a full quarter. Managed a project of Chicago Complex's website and developed the website for Interns, which had common troubleshooting tips of Morgan Stanley's systems with screenshots.
After that quarter, I only supported the Senior Traders. Special thanks to Vincent Romano, Joe Silich, Jim Ziniel, Samantha Woggon and Bob Vasa.
