BD and Client Services Manager at CSOFT International
Greater Boston Area
With academic and professional background in language and marketing communications, I had been focusing on new media marketing and research both in B2B and B2C sectors during my graduate school years.
I brought my research and new media knowledge into my current business development position with CSOFT, a leading supplier in the translation and localization industry. My main responsibilities include prospecting clients with needs to launch products and services to other countries and serving key accounts with customized localization solutions to support their globalization strategy. In the meantime, I work closely with our MKT dept to increase brand visibility and grow our reputation through old and new marketing channels.
After work, I volunteer for the TedtoChina initiative to spread inspiring ideas to Chinese audiences. I'm also interested in food, health, and brand and may pursue another degree in food psychology. Last but not least, I'm a big fan of photography and cooking.
