Teleservices Order Verification: I am currently the lead developer of a Windows desktop application used to verify sales preformed by an inbound call center. Before customer orders are processed, the verification system ensures that a specified percentage of transactions has an associated audio recording. The order information such as customer name, address, billing information, and product information are compared to the transaction's audio recording. If needed, customers may be contacted to clear any ambiguity. The system is supported by an advanced customer relationship management tool which automates the process of retrieving and archiving customer data and audio files.

Online College Textbook CRM: I was the lead web developer of a customer relationship management tool which allowed a national online textbook retailer to track customer experiences and resolve customer complaints. The system consisted of an internet facing web site with an SQL Server 2003 backend.

Medicare Benefits Enrollment: I was the lead web developer of a Medicare Part-D application acquisition system. The system consisted of data entry for paper applications, online enrollment, and enrollment via teleservices. I was heavily involved in the building of a .NET web application designed to capture customer data and aid in customer relationship management. The backend systems were comprised of SQL Server 2003 and IBM Message Queue servers.
