I have been a CPA since passing the exam on my first sitting in 1979. I started my own business in 1981. In addition, I passed the CFP (Certified Financial Planner (TM)) exam on first try in 2006 (who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?) and am in the process of setting up a financial planning practice targeting women, but open to all. The name of that business is Milestones Financial Planning, LLC.

Our CPA firm has been paperless for the last two years and we have a fairly hi-tech work environment, having had a number of clients throughout the United States for many years. I have 20+ years of experience in business consulting and taxation, including multi-state taxation, business startups, retirement planning, investment allocation, and estate planning. We have three certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors in our office who advise clients both in our locality and in several states.

We also offer BackOffice Accounting services (full outsourced accounting functions for small businesses who don't want to allocate resources to number-crunching) and Fixed Price Agreements - we set a price for total services in advance. You choose from a menu of accounting, tax, QuickBooks, marketing, consulting services, etc. for the year and you agree to that price in advance.
