Law Clerk at Weston, Garrou, Walters & Mooney
Orlando, Florida Area
I am currently working towards my J.D. with the intention of pursuing a career in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. As a former software developer, my interests generally lie in the nexus between law and technology. However, the field of entertainment is a natural off-shoot for me, given my expertise with Copyrights and Trademarks, combined with a lifelong love of film, music, and literature. With my undergraduate degree in Computer Science, I am eligible to prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This would make me an ideal candidate for a position with a law firm that provides intellectual property services to technology companies. I intend to participate in all levels of IP protection and capitalization, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and licensing thereof.
