Real Estate Office/Property Manager and Dedicated Full-Time Fundraiser for JDRF
Springfield, Missouri Area
My life goals are classified in this priority order: personal, professional, and community.
My family and personal life consist of my husband, Ty, and my two children. We are actively involved in our church, Fellowship Bible Church. We love to play hard by spending lots of family time at the lake on the weekends and traveling whenever possible. Because of the incredible family support system I have, I am able to give 110% to my family, professional and community charity work.
My professional life consists of wearing many different hats in my long time job at Dizmang Properties Real Estate. I have extensive experience in managing rental properties, signing leases, managing Tenants, maintaining Tenant account receivables, accounts payable. I am key in maintaining mortgage, taxes and insurance payments on all properties. I have created, developed and implemented video blogging/podcasting business plan, including creating RSS feeds for video podcasts, shooting, editing and producing all real estate informational video podcasts. I work very closely with my Broker, Paul Dizmang, as we also provide seminars and training sessions on Web 2.0 for REALTORS. Together, we also teach and train other REALTORS associated with The Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS on the new Transaction Desk online management system, and run the 2007-2008 Tech Committee.
In my community, I do a lot of volunteer work for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Being a type 1 diabetic since I was a teenager, I have a strong passion to provide support for other families dealing with the disease and raise funds to ultimately find a cure for type 1 diabetes. Since there is no local chapter of the JDRF in Springfield, Missouri area, I have been spearheading the project of JDRF awareness and implementing a local chapter. I work with area corporations and do a lot of corporate fundraising for the chapter.

I have a general rental property maintenance understanding.
