Operations Manager at Backbone Media, LLC
Grand Junction, Colorado Area
Through working at Backbone, I have discovered and developed a knack for computers and the online world. With a healthy balance of my right and left brain, I can write a press release, enter data in an Xcel sheet, load images on an FTP site and create a client proposal all in an hour. I have an eye for design, but know better than to subject people to my own drawings.
I aspire to take what I have learned, develop the online aspect of it even further, and use it in a way that is socially responsible and actually makes a difference. I currently satisfy that by working with 1% for the Planet and Big City Mountaineers as clients at work and as a board member for my local arts council. My goal is to do that full time as an internal member of a non-profit organization - ideally something environmental or youth-related.
