In May of 2003 I partnered full time with Coleman Cassel II who I brought into the debt settlement business the year before. I rolled all of my resources from JAamazing Corporation and Success Marketing Systems into a new venture: STARTOVERTODAY.COM, a Nationwide Financial Solutions Company.
I did everything from creating and managing projects and tech teams to creating the infrastructure, websites, marketing, sales and support materials to hiring, training and coaching many dozens of consultants, managers and assistants.
"SOT" is still running strong today and has helped thousands of people solve their personal financial problems, specifically getting people debt free ASAP, specializing in debt settlement. The company maintains a spotless BBB record to this day.

JAamazing Corporation was my first company. I incorporated for tax benefits and asset protection, trading my own money in the stock market as a business. Through JAamazing I launched TradersGamePlan.com (online trading) and Success Marketing Systems (internet marketing).
I facilitated CASHFLOW 101 Seminars (Based on the game created by Robert Kiyosaki, of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"). While leading seminars, a consistent theme emerged... everyone wanted to "get out of the rat race" and become rich, but most were in debt or had bad credit. My company began doing credit repair and "debt settlement".
Through JAamazing I created the "financial solutions" model where we would look at each individual client's situation and goals, then design a plan to solve their financial problems, providing solutions through a network of experts and professionals.
JAamazing Corporation had offices in Las Vegas & Incline Village, NV, and Sacramento, CA, maintaining 2-10 employees. -

After an Honorable Discharge from the US Marine Corps in 1998 I became a Conductor for Union Pacific Railroad. I was responsible for the safe movement of freight trains. It was a great job for a guy in his early twenties. I made over $70k a year, had great benefits for my wife and child and bought my first home at age 23. Still, I worked A LOT and was gone from my family.
I also started trading in the stock market from my laptop in 1998, regularly attending investing, trading and business trainings. I began doing very well, making more money trading than working at my job. When my second child was born, I took a 90-day maternity leave with a goal of making more money from home than working full time away from home. I did it, and resigned from UPRR in October 1999. -

I enlisted to pave my way to a college education and job security. My wife was pregnant at the time.
After graduating boot camp with honors, I became a Recruiters Assistant while awaiting the birth of my son.
Samuel River Niesen was born February 3rd, 1998. He suffered severe brain damage during birth, caused by an adverse reaction to pitocin (drug to induce labor) depriving his brain of oxygen. He was immediately resuscitated, transferred to NICU and put on life support for three weeks.
My orders were a "Humanitarian Assignment" from Washington D.C. to "take care of my son".
After a few months, the Marine Corps offered to either send my wife and child to Maryland (best hospital) while I completed training as a Combat Photographer in Florida before deploying on a 12-month float with an Infantry Unit, or be Honorably Discharged for Hardship.
Honorably Discharged July 13th, 1998, my son died July 18th, 1998. The next day I began training as a Conductor for UPRR.
