The Creative Director was responsible for innovation and development of BT Openworld's online representation. The creative director was pivotal in the implementation of sustainable design initiatives and supporting governance documentation based upon the business strategy, including design concepts, prototyping (paper and interactive), user testing of portal designs, style guides and maintainance of best practice.
The role required strong interpersonal skills and incorporated the responsibility for ‘arbitrating’ on brand design and design issues between value centres; Consumer, Destination and SME business, and being responsible for final resolution of any issues.

A great course focused on traditional hands on skills. Based in Yorkshire near the National Museum of Film and Photography provided great opportunities to work with Fellows, Fay Godwin and Eamoon McCabe.
