Oversaw US digital efforts including web, portal, mobile and integrated television campaigns for all 19 Entertainment US artists and television properties including American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, Jordin Sparks, Blake Lewis and others. Negotiated multiple US portal activations on behalf of both television and music campaigns; Managed Emmy nominated “Idol Gives Back” digital sales efforts with iTunes & Americanidol.com; Managed all Season Six American Idol contestant music sales.

Undertook strategic role in creation of the first major talent agency online division (UTAOnline/UTAO), including hiring of initial agent roster and collaborating in formulation of agency’s strategic direction. Managed complete upgrade of agency digital technology infrastructure including architecting digital asset management and DVD authoring systems; conducted all trademark and intellectual property protection efforts coordinating with and managing outside counsel. Completely revised Agent Training Program; managed UTA Job List, a virally deployed and highly coveted entertainment industry hiring resource.
