Senior Director, eDiscovery Partnerships at Guidance Software
Greater Los Angeles Area
A former US Army CID Special Agent and Computer Forensic Examiner, Jessica Bair has focused on technology innovation and application to solve complex problems since the late-1990s. Jessica joined Guidance Software in 2001, and is a leader in the growth of the company, from a start-up to a successful public corporation. Jessica held director level positions in training, research & development, and business development/product management before joining professional services, where she built the eDiscovery services into a top-tier practice, recognized by the Socha Gelbmann industry survey.
Jessica now brings that expertise to Guidance Software’s eDiscovery partners; consulting with them in the integration of EnCase eDiscovery technology into their practice to meet strategic business goals and improve profitability.
Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in strategic planning and ethical leadership from Pepperdine University, and was inducted into the Beta Sigma Gamma International Business Honor Society. Jessica also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration from the Roger Williams University.
Jessica was on the design team, and led the product management group for the product development and strategic market release, of the industry paradigm shifting EnCase eDiscovery for EnCase Enterprise in 2005.
Jessica was co-creator of the Guidance Software EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) certification with John Colbert (former CEO of GSI) in 2001; and she was the technical editor for the Sybex published 'Official EnCE Study Guide' in 2006.
