In the training for the Business Analyst position, I found that most businesses in the range of $1,000,000 and up do not know how to watch the important numbers on the financials of the company. My services for doing a total analysis from looking at financials, interviewing management and employees, and looking at a plan for growth start at a very modest fee and can be continued for a small monthly retainer (if desired).
