Jerry was born in Seoul, Korea and immigrated to California at age 9. After junior high school, he moved to New York City, where he graduated from the prestigious Bronx High School of Science in 3 years.
While attending USC through the Resident Honors Program and as a Presidential Scholar, Jerry served as President of the Korean Student Association, Tour Guide, and Orientation Advisor. He also was selected to take MDA 365: The Art and Adventure of Leadership, a leadership class taught by then-University President Dr. Steven B. Sample and Leadership Guru Dr. Warren G. Bennis.
After graduating from the Marshall School of Business, Jerry began his career in Real Estate development at Pulte Homes. He then went onto successfully manage many of Downtown LA's condominium sales offices. He currently works at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage's LA Builder Team.
Jerry is also the Founder and Chairman of the USC Korean Student Association Scholarship Fund and a Board Member of the USC Alumni Club of Downtown LA. Most recently, Jerry co-founded the Red Tigers Fan Club, a support group for Korean and Korean-American sports and athletes.

The USC Korean Student Association Scholarship Fund was established to found and maintain an endowed scholarship under the University of Southern California's Asian Pacific Alumni Association.
Our main mission is to grant scholarships to deserving students at USC. To help us accomplish this mission, we strive to raise funds through various activities and donations to grow our endowment. Our fundraising goal for the year from July 2010 to June 2011 is a minimum of $20,000.
As Chairman, I oversee all fundraising efforts and assist other Board members in the successful planning and execution of all fundraising events. I also serve as the liaison between the Scholarship Fund and the USC APAA.
