Fortunately I was primarily working with builders in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale AZ area where the average transaction price was generally between 1 and 2 million. Although it was great while it lasted these high dollar investment purchase money programs were the "canary in the mineshaft."

I did graduate High School with a Regency Diploma but my life experiences interrupted me from finishing college - not to mention I really didn't see the point? I'm an entrepreneur, I choose what I want to learn and this is probably the closest I will ever come to writing a resume. At the current time I am heavily submersed in an Internet Marketing Culture where training is overly abundant and rapidly changing.
