Je suis titulaire d'un DESS en marketing et en sciences économiques (équivalent d'une maîtrise en Amérique du Nord) et d'un certificat en journalisme de l'Université Laval à Québec.
J'ai commencé ma carrière il y a plus de 12 ans dans l'industrie des médias en fondant le journal universitaire Magnum en 1995. En 2000, j'ai joint les rangs de deux journaux universitaires au Québec, L'Exemplaire et L'Impact Campus avant de me joindre au groupe Transcontinental et à son journal LES AFFAIRES comme journaliste TI, télécom, Internet et médias.
J'ai fondé en 1998 le Bureau des Étudiants de la Faculté de Droit et de sciences économiques de l'Université Nice Sophia-Antipolis, association qui défend les intérêts des étudiants. J'ai également lancé en 2003 mon propre site web www.jerome-plantevin.blogspot.com où l'on peut retrouver des nouvelles du monde de la techno, d'internet et des télécommmunications ainsi que des analyses, des profils d'entreprises québécoises ainsi que des conseils en marketing et en gestion.

I have a master degree in Economics and Marketing. I also have a minor in journalism.
I have start my career more than 8 years ago in the Media Industry at the independent newspaper Magnum that i've found in 1995. In 2000, i've joined two university newspaper L'Exemplaire et L'Impact Campus of Laval University in Québec, before joining in 2001 Transcontinental Group and its business newspaper LES AFFAIRES as telecom and IT reporter.
I have also found in 1998 the BDE Droit-Éco AES de l'Université de Nice Sophia-Antipolis, an association that defend the students' interest and opened in 2003 my own website www.jerome-plantevin.blogspot.com that provides IT, telecom and general news, analysis, quebec firms' profile and business, marketing and management advices.
