After writing the first French book about wikis ("Les wikis") and creating a blog about cooperation best practices and technologies (www.cooperatique.com), I have dedided to come back to the world of consultancy through the implementation of cooperative approaches and tools.

Conducting marketing campaigns for major players in the field of telecommunication and IT. Tasks included:
* Analyze the client's as-is situation, understand his goals and design the proper campaign to reach them
* Work with the creative staff to supervise the creation and production of marketing material. Write material on my own (copywriting) on occasions.
Among the various projects I had to drive, a networking program to increase the visibility of our client in the eyes of investors and entrepreneurs was one of the most exciting. I had to identify the key contacts for our clients, organize connections and get material produced for two main networking events.

Carrefour: 16 months assignment on an international and intercultural project for the rollout of a new business organization ERP (Peoplesoft Financials) network in 400 locations worldwide. Worked on various tasks including Program Management, as-is analysis, functional specifications, detailed design, coding, fixing and implementing Change Requests. Bouygues Telecom : designed the strategy for shifting accounting and sales systems of Bouygues Telecom stores from French Franc to Euro. Designed training plan for employees.
Hewlett Packard: Opportunity assessment for implementing Siebels e-marketing module at HP direct sales department.
Ricoh: Design and implementation of online sales and maintenance systems for copiers at Ricohs major accounts clients. Wrote functional specifications for Siebels e-sales modules.
