Management Consultant and Researcher
Utrecht Area, Netherlands
Jeroen van Bree is a senior management consultant and researcher. He has more than 12 years of consulting experience, helping organizations introduce new ways of working. His engagements usually involve working with clients to envision and design a new way of working, based on the strategic direction and objectives of the organization. Jeroen then helps to translate this new way of working into a fitting workplace, including both the physical and the virtual work environment. His consulting work is informed by the research he does at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, where he is a Ph.D. candidate. He investigates how we can enhance organizational design by learning from (computer) game design. Jeroen works for YNNO, a consultancy firm based in The Netherlands dedicated to the introduction of new ways of working. He has worked on engagements in a variety of industries and regularly travels to learn about new developments. This allows him to provide clients with a sophisticated perspective on trends and best practices.
