San Francisco Bay Area
My focus on real estate is two fold. First of all, I'm an industry recognized real estate expert and co-founder of ForeclosuresMass.com, the leading provider of foreclosure data and education helping investors find out about foreclosed properties, often times before the homeowner, and providing the expert knowledge they need to succeed - guaranteed.
Secondly, I'm a founding partner of Clear River Partners, LLC, where we help investors become owners of 100+ unit apartment communities in emerging markets around the country. We currently have over 800 rental units in our portfolio across 5 states. I help successful entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals get into our deals with all the benefits of ownership - cash flow, depreciation, and proceeds when we sell - without any of the hassle - researching, finding, evaluating, financing, funding, performing due diligence, closing, managing, evicting, leasing, marketing, selling, and more.

As the owner of Asandia, I wear many hats. In addition to running the day-to-day operations, selling, networking, and managing, I also enjoy getting my hands dirty and developing databases, setting up customers with web hosting and database servers, developing in house private databases as well as web-enabled database, and when appropriate, tying the two together. One of my passions is building and constructing, and developing a custom database for a client is the perfect outlet for this enthusiasm.
