Corporate Communicator with a history in software development

I currently write, report, and edit for the global section of Intel's central intranet site, Circuit. That means covering major events and clarifying business goals but also means using the big picture and the long view to help vertical business groups better communicate and collaborate horizontally. I'm also the primary writer for corporate management communications, reaching nearly 10,000 managers.
As a social media ambassador, I champion and nourish Intel's intranet social media efforts as it continues to grow. I also volunteer to support and grow Intel's employee wellness program.
In my former life as a software developer, I built a knack for taking ill-designed and poorly performing information systems and transforming them into responsive, supportable and usable applications. I've designed, developed and supported a wide array of systems and performed project and product management. My ability and love for learning and my discipline for quality drove me to shine across a spectrum of technologies. Now, I use that drive to understand and explain Intel technologies and business processes to over 80,000 employees worldwide.
