I am a multi-media developer with a wide range of accomplishments that have spanned a diverse set of companies and clients for the past 7 years. In all of that time, I have been involved with countless different technolgies ranging from 3D and composite animations for video, to configuring access policies on Cisco routers.
Even with this broad range of experience, my primary passion has been working in Flash and just recently Flex. I have seen this application grow from being a simple animation tool with a simple scripting language, to it being a fully capable enterprise application tool with the abilities to change the way we develop and distribute applications. As Flash has evolvolved, I have grown with it.

I'm a Flex Developer in the UI Tools group. Our Flex implementation is dynamically creating the views/workspace depending upon the XML the server generates. I build components that are used inside of this framework to support our other development teams needs.
Workday is a on demand ERP software company. We use the SAAS model to distribute our application to our customers. Our current set of products are HR and Finacials with more to come in the future.

In addition to site development, I was also heavily involved with their video production needs by creating animations via 3D Studio Max and Adobe After Effects. I also got to spend a little bit of time behind the cameras when the need arised. Primary responsibilities were to maintain the corporate network for the Lafayette office. This included all data servers and web hosting capabilities. In addition, I developed different Flash and Web applications that were used for marketing and demonstrations for different client projects. One project in particular was for Tuscon Electric Power, which utilized various sources of GIS data using an ESRI web based mapping solution. While in this position I received my CCNA certfication and mulitple Microsoft certifications.
