I have worked in Client Service Delivery for the past 5 years, starting as a Contact Centre Advisor and advancing to Manager Contact Centre, Ministry of Economic Development. I am a strong believer in the power of effective leadership not only to achieve goals but to take people places where they might not have gone otherwise.

I am a big fan of connecting service with other aspects of the business and have a strong bent towards web based innovation, marketing and service delivery.

My long term goal is to be great at what I do, to lead others effectively, to foster great teams and to be a success not only in business but in life. My dogma being that life is a story and I want mine to be a good read.
