Planned, Architected, Developed and Maintained the corporate website for this small consulting and leadership resourcing firm. Key projects included full information architecture, development of an eCommerce platform, a custom-built multi-user coaching session scheduling system that allowed customers to reserve coaching sessions with a user-determined schedule. System included a timed automatic engine to send reminders and charge credit-cards 2-3 days in advance of each session.
Led a corporate strategic planning project to redevelop the stagnating website. Focused on developing a true information architecture, this project involved interviewing all major stakeholders and developing a detailed web strategy for this multi-national organization.

Annually developed the website for the organization's major European training program, EuroTrain, which included many streaming media previews of the event. Site used flash for in-page features.
Annually developed and managed a live eJournal for the EuroTrain experience. Required the assembling and managing of a live, traveling production team that produced and published written updates, streaming media movies, and video updates from each student ever 3-4 days during the experience, dynamic photo galleries and Flash-ennabled photo slideshows.
