Had complete ownership of the development of proprietary offers for the eAdvertising network- one of the industry’s largest affiliate networks. Additionally, served as the Analyst for the List Management team, developing a complex spreadsheet to track metrics and performance of internal email campaigns.
• Reduced lead time on creation of new offers by half; increased the frequency with which new offers and creatives were released to the network
• Took initiative to educate myself on the specifics of web copy-writing and its relationship to Consumer Behavior in order to create higher performing offers
• Used compiled analysis, both historic and current, on email campaign performance to make strategic decisions and recommendations to the List Management department
