People like to do business with people they like.
How can people know if they like you...if they don't even know you?!
We believe that Google is nice. Yahoo is fun. But you're not going to build a business if your only relationship with the internet is some overwhelming desire to be on the front page of Google with keywords and SEO.
Who cares?
I hate to be the one to tell you, but the numbers game is dead.
Touching one person at a time and getting more customers than you can shake a stick at is what you want to do. Being everywhere is more important than being on page one of one website (even if that one website IS Google).
If you want to be on page 1 of Google, have us do an AdWords campaign for your company. As a Google Advertising Professional, we know our way around PPC and can tell you if it is a viable option for your company. (Because if anyone tells you PPC works for every industry, they're either lying or don't know any better...neither one is good for your company's bottom line!)
What we know and consult on:
Interactive/Integrated marketing - we take your branding into consideration at all times!
Find ways to use OPT (Other People's Traffic) to get you more traffic.
Blogs (we love WordPress, but others are welcome)
AdWords
Yahoo! Search Marketing
Microsoft adCenter
Podcasting (your own or being a guest)
Affiliate Marketing
Social Networking (Your company being where its potential customers hang out)
And pretty much anything else you've heard someone refer to as "That Web 2.0 thing"
For execution of the above strategies I'm a sales exec with VSI, Inc. - a virtual staffing company. Let us get you a Virtual Assistant to handle the execution. You only need to pay us to figure out what to have your Virtual Assistant do.
So...how can we help your company today?

Who said talking to strangers is a bad thing? I talk to strangers every day and make them clients, customers, and friends. Not necessarily in that order. *grin*

Jennifer wanted to share with others just how easy it is to find people to network with and connect with those people in a meaningful way that can result in more clients and more referrals. Non-Toxic Networking isn’t about making an elevator pitch and talking at everyone you come into contact with, it’s not about handing out as many business cards as possible. It is a real, step by step approach to entering a networking event, finding someone to talk to, knowing what to say, and forging a bond that will make the other person want to do business with you.

We believe in explaining technology and emerging internet tools in a way that people can understand. This allows you to make the right choices for marketing your company on the internet. No matter how much we know about marketing on the internet...we can never know your company the way you do. We seek to use that information to make a stronger marketing campaign online that will seamlessly mesh with your offline marketing efforts.
