Jennifer M. Hall’s Summary

A passionate connection to our food and those who produce it helps me overcome the industry odds to help develop local, sustainable food systems. Past experience in health care, restaurants, non-profit and real estate development work makes my pursuit a wholistic one, encouraging urban solutions to bolster the strength of our currently fragile rural food roots. From direct farmer-chef purchasing to green roofscapes to farmers' markets to consumer education and community/school gardens, the ultimate fabric of sustainable food production and procurement has a number of different stitches.
