In addition, built an online forum for the agency, using phpBB3, and introduced the use of version control (via Google Docs). Recently noticed a huge inefficiency with a software program and asked a developer to write code to improve a process - the result being, something that took 5 hours to do can now be done in 30 minutes without requiring constant attention.
