As an independent consultant/trainer/leadership development coach, Jennifer has co-designed and co-facilitated a year-long leadership program for a Chicago-based non-profit serving adults with mental illness. She has led MBTI team building sessions. She has also led the Ladies Who Launch Incubator intensive workshop in Oakland.
Valuing the mind/body/spirit connection, Jennifer became a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor through San Francisco's It's Yoga Studio. She has been a guest lecturer/workshop leader for the "Manifesting Your Dreams" portion of It’s Yoga’s globally recognized teacher training program.
