Developed and managed an extensive vendor contact database, including all partner capabilities, work examples and communication records, as well as relevant documentation: RFI, RFP, RFQ, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Information Security documents, Master Service Agreements, and Standard Provisions.
Primary point of contact and Relationship Manager for all prospective and approved Digital partners, educating and guiding them through the Strategic Vendor Management on-boarding processes and ongoing policies.
