Jennifer has more than a decade's worth of experience in marketing, communications and events. Her company, Kane Consulting works with small businesses and associations to revolutionize their "old school" marketing and PR efforts by using "new school" strategies and tools. This includes producing educational events to help professionals better understand the new media landscape, helping companies translate this knowledge into strategic marketing goals for their business and providing resources, teaching and training to arm professionals with the tactical skills they need to implement their new media plans. Jennifer is a member of the Editorial Board for Minnesota Meetings and Events Magazine, where she provides insights on integrating new media into event production, and is also on the Ambassador Council for the Author Teleseminars business development series.
