I devour and dominate software programs new to me, so I can create effective talent development deliverables in both online and print format, and for instructor-led activities. I work cooperatively with Subject Matter Experts, from the mail room to the executive suite, to deliver projects on time and within budget. I advocate for the needs of the learner by promoting adult learning theories in balance with the goals of the business.
