• Daily administration of the St. Louis office’s door/badge/camera security system using Pegasys software, a Johnson Controls product. Involved server administration (Windows Server 2003), door badge reader troubleshooting/repair/replacement and creating/disabling user badges.

• Direct Report to CIO - Leveraged management skills to plan and deploy infrastructure hardware upgrades of desktops, laptops, printers and scanners throughout firm - $300,000 – $400,000 of fixed assets; provided research and industry expertise that led to increased productivity, and reduced costs.
• Managed two groups of technical staff both local and remote in areas of Helpdesk (3.5 FTE), Desktop Support (2 FTE) and Telecommunications (2 FTE), and later the Desktop Services group which was a staff of 3 FTE designated to create the firm’s new desktop standard image, including testing all 130 software applications on this new image prior to rollout.

• Oversaw all tickets generated at the Helpdesk using Track-It, 90% closure rate at this level.
