    • Heavily contributed to the successful merging of the firm’s Elite accounting application with Blackwell Sander’s, June 2008.
    • Project Manager for KwikTag implementation – Planned, coordinated and completed the integrating scanned images of financial documents into the firm’s Accounting system (Elite).
    • Responsible for the daily time and cost loads into Elite Enterprise (accounting) system, included discrepancy research and reconciliations.

    • Managed two groups of technical staff both local and remote in areas of Helpdesk (3.5 FTE), Desktop Support (2 FTE) and Telecommunications (2 FTE), and later the Desktop Services group which was a staff of 3 FTE designated to create the firm’s new desktop standard image, including testing all 130 software applications on this new image prior to rollout.
    • Encouraged employee skill development, evaluated employee performance, analyzed procedures, recommended process improvements, reported progress to leadership, and assisted with budget planning
    • Oversaw all tickets generated at the Helpdesk using Track-It, 90% closure rate at this level.
    • Continually added support incident resolutions into Track-It’s Knowledge Base.
    • Coordinated projects as assigned, including all hardware rollouts at times of new firm acquisitions, some using MS Project and Visio.
    • Began project of keeping track of firm software licensing.
