Social Media Strategist at Intrapromote
Portland, Oregon Area
Currently focused on helping companies recognize the collective power that social media has and identify ways in which it can benefit their specific business model. Venturing into new territory can evoke fear in clients, but by walking through both listening and engaging strategies and marking the progress with milestones and KPIs, I am able to show them the far-reaching benefit of social media as a marketing tool.

My personal passion lies in empowering women to push themselves 'out of their box' to see their true inner talents and qualities that enrich others lives. I use memories, technology and social media as my vehicle to do so.

In early 2000 I formed a direct sales organization that hit a niche-market within the Scrapbook Industry. After researching and understanding my customer base, I came to the conclusion that many of my customers desired Retail Market brands and products but in an In-Home selling and demonstration environment. After growing a local consultant base of only 25 women, I sold my local scrapbook store and dedicated my energies to Direct Sales full time.

3000 sq. ft Brick and Mortar Scrapbook & Rubber Stamp Store--Oregon
Like many independent store owners, I thought it would be great idea to open a local store so I could craft all day long—it didn’t quite turn out like that. In less than 2 years my store grew to the largest within our state and was invited to the first-ever EK Elite Top 100 Stores Nation-wide Event. The store was also featured in The Rubber Stamper Magazine--Retailer Spotlight Column during the spring of 1998.
