Five years of experience, two professionally, conducting over 20 different applied qualitative ethnographic research projects, many complemented by quantitative methods. I have worked in every phase of research projects from proposal writing all the way to client deliverables on both the project management side and the research side.

Coordinate, plan, and execute the audio recordings of selected sessions at the Annual Meeting and published the audio recording as Podcasts to SfAApodcasts.net with a team of volunteers and audio professionals and over a hundred speakers each year.
I work closely with both UNT and the SfAA to ensure that their needs are met with this project.

Working within interdisciplinary research teams on every phase of the research process from proposal writing to project plans to recruitment to data collection and analysis and finally client deliverables.
Successfully introduced virtual ethnography as a research methodology which entailed translating this commonly academic technique to the business world and answering questions such as value, process, and deliverables. To date, every Intrepid employee has viewed the virtual ethnography training program that I created.

Comparing the students' experiences and course content of an online version and an on-campus version of the same graduate course with the principal investigator, Christina Wasson.
This project used conversation analysis to understand course discussions to determine the affordances of each medium and to compare the two mediums. We also conducted more than 20 telephone interviews.
