Jef designs and conduct learning programs and provide consultation for building leadership, self-confidence and self-image; for developing effective speech and presentation; and for motivating people.

Jef is an educator by vocation. He taught for ten years. As a professor he believes in the unlimited potentials of his students. This resulted to the reaping of awards for both local and world competitions in the field of communications, specifically speaking and writing.

He was the past President of the Metro Manila Toastmasters Club with the norm of ATMG. Though he believes that the ability of a man is measured by the number of people he touched and not of his awards, he accepts that awards are recognition of good deeds. He is also assigned as the Deputy Governor for Division A which has twenty clubs. He is the mentor to TOPS Toastmasters and Transco Toastmasters Club. He is also a member of Philippine Society for Training and Development.

He has given workshops on communication and leadership to various kinds of people.

Jef's leadership in the classroom and in Toastmasters International developed in him his unique ability to connect with and captivate audiences. While doing his assignments in the field of communications, he always leads by example, pulling from real life experiences and delivering life-changing words of inspiration, courage and wisdom.

  I help people who struggle with their communication and leadership skills. No, I am not a communication guru, a great leader, or anything like that. Like you, I am also a student of communication and leadership. And I confess, I learn more from my friends and my seminar participants. I also have my own mentors who are helping me to become more effective in helping other people.
  
  I coach all sorts of folks. I mean ALL sorts. Over the years I’ve worked with executives, professionals, small business owners, and entrepreneurs.
  
  I am a teacher by vocation. And I welcome invitations from schools and churches who desire to enhance the communication skills of their teachers and leaders. Let me be of help to you.
