Certus IT Contractors is an off-shoot organisation founded by Jeff Ziegler and Stuart Haugen (Managing Partner of Certus Executives). We provide IT contract management and delivery services across the EU (and former Eastern Bloc). Our contractors have a range of skills from Help-desk to heads down coders and are available on both a short and long-term contract basis.

We only work with top-notch technology start-ups that have secured VC or Private equity funding. We work with many startups in stealth mode and invisible to the general recruitment industry.

Appointed as Interim CEO August 2001, and immediately undertook radical transformation of operating model. Accepted total commercial responsibility for all operations of partnership and later of the limited company (becoming Managing Director in April 2002). Post September 11, had to undertake a radical reorganisation and update of background verification and checking procedures of Interim Managers and Non-Executive Directors to comply with new trans-national employment regulations implemented by Department of Trade and Industry. Further developed new methodologies for supplying interim managers to corporate clients through a back-office solution and implemented first-ever application with world renowned membership organisation. Later applied this same White Label Solution commercially; meeting exacting standards and cost/benefit set by the UKs 7th largest accounting firm.
